In such exceptional cases, we offer to replace the item at no extra cost or provide a complete refund, provided the request for replacement/return is made within 5 days of receiving the package. No returns or replacements will be accepted after the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned above.
To initiate a refund or replacement, kindly email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the replacement/refund. Attach clear images of the product, displaying the batch number and the invoice for our reference. Please note that we will not be responsible for any items sent for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Once the return request is accepted, we will promptly pick up the products within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request. The refund or replacement process will commence only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
In the case of a product refund, upon approval of your request, the refund will be reflected in your account within 5-7 days, and you will receive an email confirmation. For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please be aware that in cases of replacement, availability is subject to stock. If a replacement is not available, and the customer has already paid, we will promptly refund the full amount.
Shree Govardhan Pharma strictly accepts unopened products for return. Any returned product with an open seal, improper handling, damaged/torn-out boxes, missing labels, or instructions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer. The product must be returned in the original box. Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging do not qualify for a refund or return. If a product is damaged on delivery, the buyer must contact Shree Govardhan Pharma immediately and inform our customer service agents about the damage. Please provide a detailed email with the shipment information.
We periodically review and update our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without prior intimation. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
