Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999 anywhere in India. For prepaid orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be added. However, for orders above ₹999, prepaid orders are free of cost. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders. For orders below ₹999, a COD fee of ₹80 will be added, but for orders above ₹999, COD is free of cost. The cart value for both scenarios will be calculated after applying any discounts or coupons.

Dispatch and Delivery

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched, with a tentative delivery time of 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festivals and lockdowns, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Additional Information

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days for delivery.

General Scenario

If we receive a cancellation email and the order has already been “processed,” the order cannot be cancelled. Shree Govardhan Pharma (sgpgroupco.com) reserves the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shree Govardhan Pharma (sgpgroupco.com) and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by Shree Govardhan Pharma (sgpgroupco.com)

Shree Govardhan Pharma (sgpgroupco.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This decision stands regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. In such cases, 100% payment shall be refunded, and the user will be promptly informed.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address, recipient not available), any extra cost incurred by Shree Govardhan Pharma (sgpgroupco.com) for re-delivery will be claimed from the User.

• You are limited to one coupon per customer.
• If items purchased with a coupon are returned, the discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
• Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per the Shipping & Returns Policy.
• The offer is valid while supplies last. Void where prohibited.
• Shree Govardhan Pharma has no obligation to pay any tax related to the distribution or use of any coupon. The consumer is required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
